3D is now a family-run business, where expertise and team spirit come together:<\/p>

Giacomo Massimo Ducoli, <\/strong>founder and owner, leads the company with experience and vision. <\/p>

Bassi Stefania, <\/strong>his wife, is responsible for administration and sales and for the Quality Management System.<\/p>

Ducoli Michael, <\/strong>son, is the mechanical processing manager and company tutor for young trainees.<\/p>

Ducoli Noemi,<\/strong> daughter, is active in the administrative sector<\/p>

Ducoli’s daughter, <\/strong>Gaia, is responsible for quality and owns BDS Torneria,<\/strong> a spin-off of 3D created to expand the family’s expertise in the sector.<\/p>
